You must contact us directly at (470)977-9713 to cancel appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the booked service. Clients arriving 10 minutes late may be subject to a $15 late fee. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service using the card on file. Clients who repeatedly no-show may be restricted from booking future appointments or required to prepay in full when scheduling.
